Denver Subaru dealer passes along love message to its customers

At Groove Subaru, one of your premier Denver Subaru dealerships, we pride ourselves on our ability to meet your needs.  While the current popularity and resulting high demand of Subaru vehicles has made some Subaru models hard to come by, our professional sales staff will do everything we can to ensure that you get behind the wheel of your desired Subaru.

And we understand why Subaru’s are in such high demand.  Subaru is the only manufacturer with IIHS Top Safety Picks for all models, two years in a row.  Add in the fact that Subaru was awarded the industry’s highest predicted resale value by ALG and Kelley Blue Book’s kbb.com* and it’s easy to see why Subaru has been setting unprecedented sales records.  A company whose products are right for the times with capability, safety, longevity, fuel-efficiency and value.  It seems everyone loves a Subaru.  And you don’t need to take our word for it.  You can hear it directly from other Subaru owners.

We’re a company that is passionate about what we sell. It’s no wonder our owners love their car. Let us help you become passionate about your next new Denver Subaru.

Denver Mazda dealer introduces RX-9 concept

Groove Mazda, one of the premier Denver Mazda dealers, has some new information on the Mazda RX-9 set to release in early 2013.

Mazda will bring back the RX-7 DNA with the launch of a new sports car called the RX-9. And, however chronologically deficient it may be, the RX-9 is being made as a successor to the RX-7 and not the RX-8. We should be seeing this new model hit the streets as soon as the RX-8 bids adieu to the market.

The Mazda RX-9 is rumored to be built in the image of the most recent RX-7, the highly regarded version championed by the legendary “Koby” Kobayakawa, which went out of production in 2002. And, unlike the RX-8, it will be a two-door coupe model and not a complicated four-door coupe.

Mazda will place a 16X rotary engine rumored to be attached to an electric supercharger. This engine will feature an 800cc x 2 configurations.  It will deliver around 300 HP, while the fuel economy will be improved by 20%, leaving behind the main reason why the RX8 needed to be discontinued. The engine will be mated to a new twin-clutch, two-pedal six-speed transmission with a twist that allows drivers to set the revs at which the clutches engage.  This new version will bring an exhilarating burst of speed for all Colorado Mazda fans to enjoy as they tear up the roads heading to the mountains.

It is also rumored that the RX-9 will be offered with a Honda-style gas/electric hybrid system that will not only include a regenerative braking system to charge the batteries when coasting and decelerating, but also an engine stop/start system that will help improve the fuel economy. This rumor has already been confirmed by a Mazda insider who in a previous interview said,  “We’re testing the rotary in conjunction with technologies including an electric turbocharger.”

MotorTrend is reporting that the future Mazda RX-9 sports car will be using hybrid technology borrowed from Toyota, thanks in part to an agreement the automakers signed last year. Apparently Mazda will only use Toyota’s hybrid drive unit as a power booster and range extender, but the vehicle’s main power will come from the Mazda-built rotary.

The Mazda RX-9 will be offered with 17″ or 18″wheels and four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and stability/traction control.

Expect an official debut to be made in 2012, with sales to begin in late 2013.  And as soon as it has been unveiled, your Denver Mazda dealer, Groove Mazda will be the first to let you know!

Due to a lack of used inventory, we have instituted a new program.  If you are looking to get out of your current car, truck or SUV, we offer a We’ll Buy program that will get into a new or used car from over 1000 cars we have in stock in Colorado.  With this program we make selling your used vehicle easy by providing quick and up-front appraisals. We’ll get you the highest trade in value on your car, and even if you don’t purchase a vehicle from us, we will still buy your car from you!

Denver Subaru Dealer highlights Subaru’s newest ad campaign

Groove Subaru, one of your premier Denver Subaru dealerships, would like to highlight how Subaru is shifting their advertising demographic.

A new, innovative advertising campaign has been launched by Subaru of America, Inc. that targets the Chinese-American market. Featuring one of the Top Safety Picks by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), the Subaru Legacy. The campaign is being produced in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. The ads will run on TV, in print, and online in key Asian-American markets, including San Francisco and Los Angeles.

The “Sweet Tomorrow” campaign was developed in partnership with Park Productions and Ad Asia and is centered on the lives of expectant parents with the emphasis on the reliability and safety of Subaru as a brand. The campaign tells the story of a young Chinese couple who are working to balance tradition with their Chinese-American lifestyle as they prepare for parenthood. The Subaru is introduced as their choice for comfort and safety as they move into the next stage of their lives. Denver Subaru enthusiasts will be happy to know that Groove Subaru has plenty of the 2011 Imprezas in stock.  We are also proud to say that we were one of the top five volume dealerships in the nation for 2010.

“Making the right vehicle choice is a big decision for expanding families,” said Alan Bethke, director of marketing communication, Subaru of America, Inc. “In fact, other than the arrival of the child itself, a car purchase is one of the biggest costs involved for new parents. It’s important that families choose a vehicle that provides safety and versatility and we wanted to show that in a unique and emotional way.”

The potential Subaru owners in the target markets for this ad campaign are younger than the general automotive consumer market and focusing on new parents is one way to seek out the younger demographic. The ad campaign depicts the early to late 30s age group by life state and life style depictions and there is no more crucial life moment than preparing for the arrival of a child. Subaru is focusing on making the right choice of new vehicle for the expanding family. Park Productions produced the “Sweet Tomorrow” TV spot with director Lisa Rubisch. “Sweet Tomorrow” is scheduled to run through October 2011.

At Groove Subaru, one of your local Denver Subaru dealers, we understand that the economy is a little rocky right now.  So we have great deals on all of our new and used cars in stock.  But maybe you are not looking to buy a new or used car right now, maybe you are sitting on a car that you don’t drive and just need some money for it.  If that is the case, we can help!

Our Denver used car inventory is drastically low; therefore, we offer a We’ll Buy program that will take that unused car off your hands.  With this program we make selling your used vehicle easy by providing quick and up-front appraisals. We’ll get you the highest trade in value on your car, or buy it out right from you.
